Miralon in Palm Springs Expands with New Neighborhoods

Freehold Communities®, a leading developer of residential communities, announced that PLC Communities has opened models at Miralon in Palm Springs.
PLC’s neighborhood (named Olea) has 71 single-family homes currently for sale. The builder will also introduce Lily, a neighborhood of 157 paired homes expected to begin construction later this year, bringing the number of residences the Newport Beach-based company will create at Miralon to 228.
These neighborhoods join Solace, the new neighborhood of 25 homes that Woodbridge Pacific Group is constructing, which is now actively selling and opening its model homes.
