Life Here

Testimonials

Learn what everyone loves about Miralon from actual residents. Their experience can be your experience today!

We absolutely LOVE living at Miralon. Our favorite thing about this community is just that…the sense of community we have here. We have met so many wonderful neighbors and made incredible friendships. Of course, the property is absolutely beautiful What’s not to like about 7 miles of walking paths (which we use every morning) and 7 thousand olive trees (It’s been fun learning more about olives and olive oil, too, thanks to our partnership with the Temecula Olive Oil Company)? The “resort atmosphere” at the amenity center is impressive. We love our yoga classes, and the MiraBar is always so much fun.

Living at Miralon is the ultimate experience, giving me the feeling of an extended stay at a resort all year long. Just passing through the community gate feels like entering a protected world where the beauty of the surroundings is prevalent, thanks to its landscaping, trails, and views of the San Jacinto Mountains… sunsets continue to dazzle us daily. There’s also the quality of the people, who come from all over and gather at the MiraBar for evenings filled with rich and entertaining conversations.

We love living in Miralon. One of our favorite things are the easily accessible and abundant trails that are perfect for dog walking and meeting our daily exercise goals without having to leave the neighborhood. We enjoy watching the olive trees mature and taking in the surrounding mountain views.

We love Miralon for the great views of the San Jacinto mountain range, beautiful landscaping that includes olive trees and modern mid-century architecture. Miralon has great neighbors and a warm community vibe. We have a great property management team that includes the team at the Gatehouse.

Miralon checked all the boxes for me when looking for my Palm Springs home! From the dog parks for my pup Rory to make canine friends, to the community MiraBar and demonstration kitchen where I found friends too, to the lap pool and walking trails for enjoying year-round exercise, I can’t think of a community with more to offer.

Enter, Miralon… In my 42 years of living all over the world, I’ve not lived anywhere I’ve felt quite as safe, accepted & fulfilled as I do here. Miralon has curated and cultivated a community of beautiful homes, landscapes & modern amenities; enabling us as residents to live our best lives and cultivate genuine and supportive “neighborships” in the process, some of which have become friends for life. It’s been the best decision I’ve ever made. And it feels like we’re only at the beginning of the Miralon story!

It’s always enjoyable to take a walk on the many trails that run through Miralon. The desert landscape, mountain views, birds and other wildlife are a pleasure to the body and soul. Miralon has great amenities and activities that allows one to meet people in the community, enjoy a cocktail and eat good food, and listen to some live music!

Initially, it was the amenity center, and beautiful pool areas that attracted us to Miralon. However, in time we realized that it’s the sense of community that we feel here that ultimately tops the list. We found a diverse and inclusive environment here at Miralon.

Miralon isn’t just another development of new homes. It is a community of great people who look after one another and take great pride in their homes. People from all over the world have chosen Miralon for its beautiful views, modern architecture, and wonderful amenities such as the community pools, outdoor spaces, gym, hiking trails, dog park, and (my personal favorite), MiraBar. Thursday through Saturday residents can socialize, have a custom cocktail (Sara is amazing), small bites, and even desserts . It is a wonderful way to meet neighbors and share stories of what brought us here. I have been embraced by the community and its occupants. I didn’t just find a house; I found a home.
