Three new model homes will debut this week at Miralon, an “agrihood” community in Palm Springs. The 50 homes in the Gallery phase of development start at $900,000. So far, 22 of the homes have been pre-sold, according to a company representative.

The homes will be available for tours Saturday and Sunday, Oct. 15 and 16. The 3 new model homes will be open for viewing from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Gallery at Miralon has four floorplans with up to 3,215 square feet. Each home includes a private courtyard entry and pool. Homes come either in one- or two-story styles. The community, developed by Freehold Communities, touts its walking trails, gardens and olive groves set on 79 acres of a former golf course. The entire master-planned community will include 1,150 Modernist-inspired homes on a total of 309 acres.
