Gallery Homes Desert Modern Residences Coming Soon

Agrihood Awarded ‘Masterplan Community of the Year,’ and Will Host Modernism Week ‘Mod Evening’ Event

PALM SPRINGS, CA — Miralon, the sustainably designed “agrihood” community in Palm Springs, will open a new-home neighborhood soon. Gallery Homes has started construction on its 50 Desert-Modern homes, Gallery at Miralon. Pricing is expected to start in the $800,000s.

Gallery at Miralon consists of one- and two-story residences on large lots with inspiring mountain views and access to Miralon’s extensive amenities, including the new Miralon Club. Gallery at Miralon offers four unique floorplans with up to 3,059 square feet of spacious indoor-outdoor living. Each home includes a private courtyard entry and private pool.

“Gallery at Miralon will be a stunning addition to the legacy of Mid-Century Modern design that evolved in Palm Springs and lives at Miralon,” said Freehold California Division President Brad Shuckhart. “These homes also expand the diversity of home choices at Miralon, a place that continues to attract international attention and extraordinary demand for homes.”

Developer Freehold Communities is building Miralon, one of the largest new “agrihoods” in the U.S. The masterplan community will include 1,150 Modernist-inspired residences to harmonize with Palm Springs’ architectural heritage. A highlight of Miralon’s 309 acres is its transformation of a previously constructed 18-hole golf course into working olive groves, community gardens and walking trails. These amenities, including the new Miralon Club, fulfill Freehold Communities’ Vital Communities® approach toward healthy living and social engagement.
